Very pleased with the thorough inspection of the home we are purchasing. Many things were brought to our attention that helped us in negotiations and helped us to properly prepare for what we are getting into. The report was well organized and easy to understand. I feel that we got a good value for our money.

Dan was amazing! He came out after we purchased our home and did a very thorough inspection. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what he was seeing without making anything feel overwhelming. As first-time homeowners, that meant a lot to us. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. We left feeling much more confident about our home and what to expect moving forward. I highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a detailed and honest inspection!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Dan from TEK Inspection Services exceeded my expectations in every way. From the very first interaction, he was incredibly responsive—answering emails promptly, even late in the evening—and timely provided a well-detailed report, which immediately set him apart. His knowledge and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly and was genuinely cooperative in addressing every question and concern. What truly makes him stand out is his dedication—he even went an extra mile by returning the next day to complete an item that couldn’t be inspected earlier due to the outside temperature. It’s rare to come across someone so committed, thorough, and professional. If you’re looking for an inspector who treats your home as if it were his own, Dan is the one to call.

I had a great experience with this inspection company. The inspector was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly as we went through the property. He made sure I understood what he was seeing, what it meant, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. They were very professional from start to finish, and the level of detail in the inspection gave me a lot of confidence. I would absolutely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable inspector.

We had an excellent experience with Dan as our home inspector. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough in his inspection. What stood out most was how willing he was to listen to our concerns and answer every question, making the process feel easy and stress-free. Dan truly goes the extra mile, and his quick turnaround time was impressive, we had our detailed report in less than 24 hours, just in time for our home walk-through. His professionalism and dedication gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a top-notch home inspector!
